Terms of Service
These terms cover foregaze.ai and its online tools. Paid work is covered by our Client Services Agreement and a signed Statement of Work.
1. Using the site
By using foregaze.ai you agree to these terms. The site is for businesses and people acting for them in the United States. You must be at least 18.
2. The tools are illustrations, not advice
The flywheel, plan, outcome cards, foresight view, "What AI says" scan and Ask ForeGaze are planning aids. Examples are illustrative and contain no client data or client results. Directions such as "fewer days to collect" are not promises. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical or other professional advice.
3. AI features
- AI answers are generated automatically and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check them before you rely on them.
- Facts gathered about a business come from third-party sources and AI models; we show where each came from so you can confirm or correct it.
- Don't use the AI features to process sensitive personal information, other people's private data, or anything you don't have the right to share.
- Don't try to make the AI features misbehave, extract their instructions, or produce harmful or unlawful content.
4. Accounts
Sign-in uses a one-time email link. Keep access to your email secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You can ask us to delete your account and saved plan at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, overload, probe or bypass the site's limits or security; don't impersonate anyone; don't upload malware; don't use the site to break the law or infringe others' rights.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you enter. You give us permission to process it to run the features you use, as described in our Privacy notice.
7. Our content
The site, its design, text, data models and code belong to ForeGaze. You may use what the tools produce for your own business planning, including the plan PDF.
8. Emails
We send sign-in links and the updates you subscribe to. Every update email has a one-click unsubscribe.
9. Third-party services
Links and data from other services are governed by their terms. We aren't responsible for their content or availability.
10. Disclaimers
The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ForeGaze is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US$100.
12. Indemnity
You'll cover reasonable costs from claims caused by your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
13. Law and disputes
California law governs these terms. We'll first try to resolve any dispute informally by email within 30 days. After that, disputes go to the state or federal courts in Santa Clara County, California, or small claims court where eligible.
14. Changes and contact
